Special appearances from Blackstar Pastry, N2 Extreme Gelato and Baked by Andres, all serving up their signature desserts for you to purchase.

A four course brunch will be served with free flow sparkling, mimosas, and a $10 Bloody Mary cart

All this while our resident DJ plays all your favourite tracks from on top of our cool room. Wait what..?!

Our warehouse is open from 10am-3pm for you to grab a drink and peruse and purchase from our collaborator stands

Come and join us for an exclusive night with four top Melbourne chef's & Luke.

Luke Mangan and his MOJO team will bring together some of the best talent from his hometown of Melbourne for one exclusive night to showcase what our cosmopolitan cousins south of the border can do in our headquarters space. The special menus will showcase both the new generation and the established champions of Australian cuisine in Melbourne dining scene.

The five-course dinner will feature courses cooked by Gen-Y-wunderkind, Adrian Li from Saigon Sally, Australian-Italian legendary chef Guy Grossi from Melbourne establishment Grossi Florentino, Electrolux Australian Young Chef of the Year Jake Kellie from the Lakeside Mill in Pakenham, and Teage Ezard from must-visit eatery Gingerboy and the two-hatted Ezard.

Paired with canapes on arrival, the menu is designed to take you on a degustation journey that showcases Victorian produce and star dishes from each of the chefs’ repertoires, both past, present and future.

When: Tuesday 28th June 6:30pm until 10:30pm

Showcasing some of Australia’s top underground baking and dessert talent and providing them a collaborative platform, MOJO by Luke Mangan will be transformed into a brunch and bubbles extravaganza highlighting some of Sydney’s and Melbourne’s best desserts, combined with a delicious selection of brunch bites and Champagne Henriot showcasing their Brut Souverain for brunch lubrication.
Leading the breakfast dessert path is MasterChef Australia Runner up and KOI Dessert Bar Owner, Reynold Pernomo, Melbournian Instagram sensation Alicia Henderson from Alisha Henderson of Sweet Bakes, Australian gelato connoisseurs N2 gelato and Sydney sweet-tooth legends Clifford Luu (Cakes by Cliff), Blackstar Pastry, Mak Mak Macarons and Buttercreme Lane.

Sens-Asian returns again on Thursday 19th November, this time for a night-time warehouse party.

With a restaurant portfolio spanning across four countries in Asia, SENS-ASIAN stemmed from Luke Mangan not only wanting to showcase how great Australian produce is now being applied to Asian cuisine but also by providing a platform to some of Sydney’s most creative within the desert sphere to place their own take on some classic Asian inspired desserts and drinks.

But of course, having a damn good time whilst at it….

Complete with a live DJ, creative-Asian inspired deserts from Instagram sensation Katherine Sabbath, Gelato connoisseurs N2 are they extreme? gelato and Watermelon cake legends, Blackstar PastryLuke Mangan and MOJO’s Head chef Wayne Lee will be producing a mash-ups of mini hot dogs with kim chi, “salt ‘n’ pepa” prawns, Peking duck rolls, Taiwanese fried chicken as well as Singapore Slings cocktails and Aashi beer for a full day warehouse party like no other. To top off the theatrics, well known Sydney Street Artist JUMBO – will also be completing a bespoke large-scale art work on front of MOJO warehouse roller doors on the day.

The collaboration brings together the new season ‘petit bouchot’ mussels as well as an innovative hand crafted brew by Young Henry’s, where every week of June will see Luke Mangan and his team at MOJO on Dank street, Waterloo, showcasing a brand new mussels dish perfectly matched with a bespoke-brewed Young Henrys beer.
